Aftercare Monitoring Program (AMP)

For those who need a bit more accountability for the courts or for themselves, we provide an Aftercare Monitoring Program (AMP) for our patients and their families when they graduate from our treatment program.  This program supports ongoing recovery by providing everything from monthly sessions with a masters-level therapist, quarterly (or more frequently as needed) sessions with their care manager and psychiatrist to weekly/monthly random and routine drug screens. We can mix and match to meet individual needs as well as help facilitate Vivitrol injections.

Any patient who has successfully completed our Intensive Outpatient Program is eligible for AMP. If the program is covered by insurance, there may be a minimum attendance requirement to comply with insurance reimbursements. Patients in AMP will meet with their continuing care coordinator monthly and their care manager quarterly. Patients may also continue to attend psycho-educational lectures weekly and are welcome to attend one day of IOP weekly, as needed.

As part of AMP, we will provide one letter quarterly to licensing boards, probation officers, attorneys or other parties documenting participation in the program and drug testing results.

Family members benefit from AMP, too. They may continue to participate in weekly Family Education and Support Groups, and family members are encouraged to participate in Alumni events.
