The Admissions Process

When you call FRN Atlanta’s confidential helpline, detailed information is gathered during the initial call to help determine whether our program is potentially the right fit as well as assess the individual’s specific treatment needs. This brief phone assessment takes approximately 10 minutes and helps us determine:

  1. If FRN Atlanta is the appropriate service and level of care based on the individual’s specific needs.
  2. Information that can be shared with intake staff to help save time during admissions, making the process less intrusive and less time consuming for the client.
  3. Insurance concerns and what an individual plan may cover. Many clients are concerned about their insurance coverage, and this initial call can help us better determine the level of care an insurance carrier will allow based on the clinical issues the individual is struggling with at the time of admission.
  4. Information about the individual’s needs prior to their actual arrival at FRN Atlanta that can be placed in the hands of the clinical staff who will be treating them.
